I've been told by 3 very harsh critics how good I look! I even got one, "this is the skinniest I've ever seen you"! That's all lovely but I'm not skinny enough and I've still got 74 long days to go.
It takes 100 repetitions to make a new behavior a habit. I'm exercising my discipline, dodging temptation, and actively altering myself for the better one irritating repetition at a time.
First Mission: For 100 days eat healthfully leaving me a leaner, sexier, and (oh, yeah) healthier human being.
