Thanksgiving is in 2 days. I certainly hope nobody expected me to start these 100 days before then. December 1st, I think. That's a nice start date, it'll give me a jump start on all those fat bastards making their New Year's resolutions.
It takes 100 repetitions to make a new behavior a habit. I'm exercising my discipline, dodging temptation, and actively altering myself for the better one irritating repetition at a time.
First Mission: For 100 days eat healthfully leaving me a leaner, sexier, and (oh, yeah) healthier human being.
